I had the opportunity to work with the team in Hartford. We planned a fun Chef’s Table and Try A Bite of a potential new personal pizza promotion. We hand stretched the pizza dough and simply added cheese and sauce, baked them off, and cut into 4 pieces for the kids to try. The feedback was beyond positive! For the Chef’s Table, we ran a simple Burrito Bowl using some quinoa and offered a choice of ground beef or roasted chicken and topped it off with some house made tortilla chips. Janet and Lincoln are ready to take the food at Hartford to the next level. This was a great way to kick it off and get kids talking. I want to send a big thank you to the kids and the team!
